About my Company

Blissfully U came to be after Debbie began to discover how to take care of herself, body, mind, and spirit.  "Busyness" in the daily life of a mom, with  little time for yourself creates so much stress: on the Mind, Body, and Spirit. If not kept in check, all stress eventually leads to chronic fatigue, weight gain, constant pain and inflammation, autoimmune disorders, dis-ease and other unpleasant results. I was on that path, so I know how overwhelm feels, and I know how to change that trajectory from overwhelm to ease.
